Former Northern Hardwoods facility in Newberry, MI now available for purchase. Most recently operated as a concentration yard, this is a facility that purchases green lumber from sawmills, dries it in kilns, and then planes, grades, and resells it as kiln-dried (KD) lumber. This expansive operation is located in an industrial park just outside of Newberry in Luce County. The property consists of just under 28.97 acres with multiple access points. The land is level and much of it cleared and graveled. The total building square footage is about 60,000 with about 1500sf of office space and the balance being varied manufacturing and storage space.
