The Zibkowski Team

Since 1982 Tom Zibkowski has been in the real estate business selling properties across Macomb and Oakland Counties. The Zibkowski team also consists of Jodie Grocki and Jamie Manardo. Jodie has worked with Tom since 2006, and has overseen the processing and closings of over 100 transactions per year. Jodie's organizational skills, and Client communication are second to none! Jamie Manardo is the client ambassador that is in constant communication with our customers, Her duties include providing all showing feedback, advertising, agent communication, etc. Tom's son Troy, joined Tom in the Real Estate business in 2023. Troy handles all social media and advertising, along with daily sales activity. With Troy's addition to the business annual sales have grown from 40 million in sales to over 65 million in sales in 2025.
